In the Echovald Forest (the black bit with the blue map icons). If you are that unfamiliar with the game, I really wouldn't recommend rushing forward to get there. You're much better off joining an existing guild than trying to get one started yourself, for several reasons.

lol I was in a guild... But someone thought my name "Assassin Killer Boy" was disrespectful and kept kicking me out... Besides My friend is in my guild and he has played for a while We aleady have a guild cape and a Guild hall..

I would suggest, if your friend has played for longer than you, that perhaps you hand the reigns over to him so he can set it all up? If he's played for a bit longer then he will know where to go, probably has already been there too.
